Whatever it is I believe the secret to achieving it lies in your morning routine. There’s a book called the Miracle Morning, there are many versions of it now but if you REALLY want to change have a listen/read of the one for your situation!
This book helped me massively, it changed my mindset & in turn my mental health. This is my miracle morning routine…
💜 glass of water then black coffee
💜 quick tidy (otherwise I can’t focus)
💜 journal work – my why (my reason I have my business), gratitude, self love & vision)
💜 self development
💜 fresh air
💜 then complete as many business tasks as I can before Parker wakes up.
This has completely changed my life – it’s helped me win the battle with depression & anxiety plus my business grows faster because I have that laser focused attention before the crazy toddler who no longer naps wakes up 😂 I fit the rest of my business tasks in during the day, 10 minutes here & there!
If I didn’t achieve 3/4 of the work first thing, I wouldn’t achieve as much because by time it gets to the evening I’m exhausted!
