Positive affirmations – what are they & how do they work?

At first, I was skeptical about the idea of positive affirmations but I’ve come to realize that they really do have a positive impact on my mindset.

Since your thoughts play a big part in your overall success and happiness – Affirmations are a powerful way to improve your mindset on a daily basis & research has shown that they can increase our feelings of self-worth.

Affirmations are positive statements are repeated to uplift, encourage and motivate yourself.

Some people say affirmations out loud in front of a mirror. Others write them down in a journal. You can also repeat them in your head like a mantra during meditation.

The important thing is to find affirmations that resonate with you, so you can actually believe them.
