It’s never too late to become the person you want to be. Today is a great day to take that step forward, it’s a fresh new week…YOU CAN achieve anything & I mean ANYTHING. You just have to make the decision to go for it & not give up until you do.
1️⃣ write down your BHAG (big hairy audacious goals) make them huge, the things of dreams!
2️⃣ next break the goals down into smaller chunks & smaller again so you can tackle a bite size chunk each day.
3️⃣ work on your mindset by doing self development EVERYDAY (if you need recommendations just shout)
4️⃣ INNER WORK – gratitude, self love, your why & your vision – keep writing these down every morning before you do anything else. So you’re focused on what’s good in your life & attract more of it.
5️⃣ work on your goals the bite sized chunks for 20 minutes at a time – 20 minutes of laser focus. Stop reward yourself, take a break & go again. Fit as many 20 minute blocks as you can into your day.
